At Nefiya®, we prioritize your health and safety. Due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene and medical care), we have strict guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Hygiene & Safety Restriction

For the protection of all our customers, Nefiya® Male External Wicking Catheters cannot be returned or exchanged once the product packaging or original seal has been opened, tampered with, or damaged. This policy complies with international health and safety regulations for medical and hygiene products.

Returns (Unopened Items)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@nefiya.com within 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.

We do not publish a general return address because returns must be reviewed and routed to the appropriate return facility. After your return request is approved, we will email you the exact return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not caused by a defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
