Exclusive Service to USA & Canada

At this time, we exclusively serve customers in the United States and Canada. This focus allows us to ensure the fastest delivery times and the highest quality of service for our North American community. We do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations.

Shipping from China

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Huizhou, China.

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the USA and Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Discreet Packaging Commitment

We understand the sensitive nature of our products. All Nefiya® orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. There will be no mention of “Catheter” or “Incontinence” on the outside of the box or the shipping label to ensure your absolute privacy.
